- 1+ years of experience in outbound B2B sales (SDR, Business Development, or similar role)
- Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound and convert outreach into qualified meetings
- Experience with multichannel outreach (LinkedIn, email, messengers)
- Experience conducting sales meetings and progressing opportunities;
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and maintaining pipeline hygiene
- Experience using outreach automation and AI tools

- Experience in B2B industries (SaaS, iGaming, fintech, outsourcing) is a plus

- Execute and manage multichannel outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, messengers) with personalized messaging
- Engage with prospects, manage responses and follow-ups, and convert outreach into qualified meetings
- Conduct sales meetings, progress opportunities, and close SMB deals
- Qualify opportunities and collaborate with the Head of Sales on larger deals (handover and support)
- Maintain CRM hygiene and track outreach performance (reply rate, meeting rate, conversion), continuously optimizing results
